World Tour Photographs: Days 6-10, Fiji

Fiji is a place of great beauty — stunning beaches, lush greenery, crystal clear waters. Its people are kind, gracious, and extremely keen about their sports (rugby especially, as well as football / soccer). While Fiji is comprised of hundreds of islands, we focused on the main island of Viti Levu, travelling the circumference via Queens Road along the south and Kings Road along the north. In addition, we took short excursions to South Sea and Bau Island.

The photographs which follow are from:

  1. Nadi and Port Denarau
  2. South Sea Island in the Yasawa Island Group
  3. Suva, the capital of Fiji
  4. Bau Island

Realized afterwards that the two flight segments shown above (USA to Fiji to R. of Korea) meant that nearly a day (21h45min) was spent over water!
